Put my house on the market and was interested in seeing what was available in my preferred neighborhood selection.  Although I did not have a contract on my house and it was early in the selling process, Scarlet took time from her busy schedule to take me to several homes that I thought were in my price range. 

Within 17 days I had a contract on my home and contacted Scarlet to make appointments and schedule showings for me.  Scarlet had remembered a home that she had previously seen and contacted the Agent.  The Agent stated that there was a binding contract on the house.  Scarlet waited a couple of days and contacted the agent again and found that the contract was not binding.  She stated that the home was perfect for me and took me to see.  

After viewing the home, I agreed and made an offer on the house.  The offer was accepted and we closed on New Year's Eve.  The process of placing my home on the market, finding a new home and making an offer was less than 8 weeks.  I'm very happy in my new home.
