During more than three decades of helping people accomplish the purchase or sale of their home, land or business, Ann has experienced most types of transactions and situations. She says her experiences over the years has prepared her to expect the unexpected and enjoy the journey. She says real estate transactions are complex, involving large assets and demand competent representation.

She began her real estate career in Rockdale County where she specialized in marketing new home communities and resale properties. She was recognized by “Communities 100” as one of the top 100 Realtors* in the entire metro Atlanta area for six years. She says she credits her success to really loving what she does because the real estate business is challenging and rewarding.

Ann is an Associate Broker who has earned multiple professional designations, has continuously been a Million Dollar Club award recipient and has received many cherished awards over the years including “Humanitarian Of The Year” as the initial Board Chair for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) helping give children a very much needed voice in the court system.

Ann appreciates the freedom and advancements technology contributes to educating the public a well as real estate professionals. The same technology that offers unlimited opportunities in marketing.

A few years ago Ann moved to Madison to partner with her daughter, Scarlet Torok, at Breco Realty. Their area of expertise includes Rockdale County, Newton County, Morgan to Greene County and Jasper County to Oconee County and Athens/Clarke County .
