As a founding member of the Morgan County College & Career Academy Board of Directors, Scarlet has played a pivotal role, holding several leadership positions and contributing significantly to the successful campaign for the construction of the Fine Arts Auditorium and various other projects. Her commitment to education extends to her past presidency of both the Elementary and Middle School PTOs, leadership roles in various Booster Clubs, and her current role as the President of the Friends of the Morgan County Library.

Scarlet's leadership doesn’t stop there; it also extends to the business community where she is a 2022 Graduate of Leadership Morgan and currently serves on the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In this capacity, she chairs Leadership Morgan and has spearheaded the update and overhaul of the Leadership Morgan curriculum.

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Scarlet initially worked in the technology field, aiding corporate clients in launching new systems. However, it was while assisting a co-worker in purchasing his first home that she acknowledged that real estate was in her blood. Transitioning from the technology sector, she joined Northside Realty, where she marketed homes in North Atlanta, Roswell, and Suwanee areas. During her tenure, she not only worked in resale properties, new home construction, multi-family properties, and REO representation but also trained other real estate agents on leveraging technology for faster home sales.

After seven successful years at Northside Realty, Scarlet joined forces with her mother, Ann Bell, at American Land Mart in Conyers where she became the East Metro Liaison for REO/bank owned properties. SInce 2013, she has been associated with Breco Realty in Madison, GA, where she resides with her husband and two children.
